  hard ‘Vinschgerle’ rye bread roll, diced
• 1 l
  hot beef stock
• chives
• boiled beef cut in strips

Instructions - Bread soup

  Sprinkle over the chives and serve immediately.

  Put the hard diced bread and the boiled beef in a soup bowl and pour over the hot meat broth.
