The scenery is dominated by the panorama of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. The route follows the old railway from Toblach/Dobbiaco to Cortina d´Ampezzo, from the Alta Pusteria/Hochpustertal valley across the Val di Landro/Höhlensteintal valley, past lakes and the viewpoint of the Three Peaks.
The cycle route leads from Dobbiaco/Toblach on the disused railway track, which is a gravel road, uphill to the Passo Cimabanche/Gemärk Pass. From there, the bike path goes downhill to Cortina d'Ampezzo. The Lake of Dobbiaco/Toblach, the War Cemetery, the viewpoint of the Three Peaks, the Lake of Landro/Dürrensee and the view over Cortina d'Ampezzo are the highlights of this tour.
