Knowing where it's from
With a view of the Tauferer mountains, the chickens at the Mairhof live where others vacation. They look forward to a lot of exercise on the meadows in front of the stable. The Innerhofer family built a large conservatory for the chickens during the cold months. They don't like snow at all. The food comes from strictly controlled organic farming.
