One reaches the Bike Highline Meran/o through various Uphills, or by utilizing either the Aschbach cableway or the shuttle service. From the Bike Highline Meran there are various single and also forest trails returning back down into the valley.
The stretch between the Tablanderalm and Mauslochalm mountain pastures is technically challenging. All other routes are generally accessible & do not present complications.

Cable car to Aschbach, at the mountain station turn right to the forest road towards Vigiljoch mountain. Below the St. Vigilius church on the Vigiljoch mountain follow the sign "Goldbrunnen" towards the mountain hut Naturnser Alm. Continue along the forest road to the junction mountain hut Naturnser Alm. Continue in the direction of Kreuzbrünnl, past the junction mountain hut Zehntn Alm and shortly before the Kreuzbrünnl car park continue in the direction of Marzoner Alm. Continue below the mountain hut Mausloch Alm to the mountain hut Tablander Alm and from there along the forest road to the Schartegg car park. From there to the junction mountain hut Marzoner Alm and further to the mountain hut Marzoner Alm. From there back again to the turn-off and then continue on the single trail to Tschars/Ciardes and on the Adige Cycle Path Via Claudia Augusta. Take the Adige Cycle Path back to the starting point in Rabland/Rablà. The part between the Tablander Alm and the Mausloch Alm is technically demanding. The other connections are usually manageable without any problems.
